Hilarious....apparently my new favorite word

My boss, VP of Business Affairs, came into our office today and said we had a quick training session on customer service. And then he made us watch this video:

This is Angela Johnson, Matt and I saw her at Cobb's Comedy Club in San Francisco right before she got a contract with Mad TV and before the big strike. So she is really just getting her start as a comdian. She has made reference to being a christian and is hilarious. When we saw her at Cobb's she did her famous nail bit....oh gosh! Just watch it.
